SmartFundus is an electromedical technology innovation that transforms the examination of pregnant women's uterine fundal height (TFU) from conventional manual methods (measuring tape) to precise automatic digital measurement. It is equipped with a fetal weight estimation (TBJ) feature with 50% sensitivity and 99% specificity as a manifestation of primary healthcare service transformation innovation. This tool is very practical for midwives and doctors in primary healthcare facilities to monitor pregnancy and assess fetal growth according to gestational age based on WHO and Indonesian Ministry of Health standard recommendations.
