The problem is an unstable internet network, which causes the PBM process to be hampered when lecturers take attendance or input PBM results. It is recommended to update the network according to the already good server capacity. Edlink can be used for the PBM process, both for material input, quizzes, and exams using the CBT method. The virtual office has many features that can be utilized if not yet available in the Sevima application. In the future, the virtual office is expected to be connected to Sevima so that data can be retrieved.
