Edukarpet is a health education medium in the form of an interactive hopscotch game carpet specifically designed to introduce elementary school-aged children to the effects of smoking on body organs. Through active play, educational visual images, and health messages on each square, children are invited to understand the dangers of smoking in a fun way, foster awareness of healthy living, and build the courage to refuse exposure to cigarettes from an early age. Edukarpet combines motor learning, peer interaction, and effective and child-friendly participatory health promotion.
To increase the knowledge and awareness of elementary school-aged children about the effects of smoking on body organs, support promotional-preventive efforts to prevent smoking from an early age in family and school environments, and serve a dual function as an educational play area and a family floor mat.
Format: Hopscotch game carpet made of flexible, waterproof, and easy-to-clean synthetic vinyl material. Equipped with educational question cards, visualization of body organ squares affected by harmful cigarette substances, and a facilitator's play guide.
