Based on the Downstreaming Readiness Identification Document of Poltekkes Kemenkes Bandung

Month 0 – 3 Phase 1

Partner Confirmation & Licensing

Confirm RAMPAI partners and permits; ensure ATemp production readiness; find potential BRANTIMENT manufacturing partners; prepare DIMITRIK specifications and pilot proposal; establish main lines, raw formulas, IPR, and COGS for Fitape.

Status: Finalizing cost, price, & prerequisite agreements
Months 4 – 6 Phase 2

Market Test Batch Scenario

Test scenario of 100 BRANTIMENT units, 500 ATemp packages (100g), and 5,000 RAMPAI capsules after operational permits are fulfilled. Validate willingness to pay and initial sell-through.

Revenue Target: Rp27.5 Million (BRANTIMENT + ATemp) + Rp15 Million (RAMPAI)
Months 7 – 12 Phase 3

Scale-Up & Purchase Contract

Repeat production batches based on actual sell-through; one paid DIMITRIK pilot installation; increased RAMPAI & ATemp capacity; commercialization of fitape partnerships & paid educational content.
